12 days of Christmas
Scaredy Cat Scaredy Cat, JJ and Bob are attending the Festival of the Trees where the theme is “The 12 Days of Christmas”. "Look at all these birds!” exclaims Bob. “I had no idea there was so many from the song." Scaredy Cat explains to Bob that some people believe if you count all the birds from the entire 12 days of Christmas, there are 184 total. "How can that be?" asks Bob. Scaredy Cat continues, "the 1st day you get a Partridge in a Pear Tree, then the next day you get 2 Turtle Doves and a Partridge in a Pear Tree, so that's 3 birds that day. Then the third day you receive 3 French Hens, like the one on my head, 2 Turtle Doves and a Partridge in the Pear Tree so that's 6 more birds. It keeps multiplying from there, so it adds up fast." While JJ is being chased by an angry goose, he adds "some people also believe that the 5 golden rings are symbolic for pheasants and that every gift is birds." "All birds, every day for 12 days!” exclaims Bob. “As if the Holidays weren't stressful enough!" The two chuckled about that and decided they loved their feathered friends but didn't need 184 of them.
