Scaredy Cat
Scaredy Cat and Bob have signed up to take some painting classes at the local school of the arts since it's been a while. They liked it so much last time, they thought they could work at this new hobby in the hopes of becoming famous artists one day. They've arrived to class and are in awe at the talent their instructor has. She is creating a beautiful scene with vivid colors and seems to do it without any effort. The pair stand before their canvases with their many tubes of paints and brushes and make their first attempts at painting. It is pretty apparent that Bob's style is on the contemporary side, his methods aiming towards a haphazard way of expression. Scaredy Cat on the other hand....he's all paws and you know instantly that the poor kitty doesn't stand a chance of becoming the next Pigcasso.

This week - we're going to explore our artistic side! We want you to express yourself in color!! ANY color!! Can you create a scene using only one color - using different shades of that same color? Or does your idea include colors that contrast one another? How can you take the many things we have to offer and create something that makes the viewer ask "how did they do that with those?"? Can you take that blank canvas and make it explode with vibrant hues that will capture the viewer's attention? Color our world and make it beautiful!!

Here's the basics:

*Your submission MUST be related to the theme.
*You must submit your art to the PnF art gallery - only entries there will be counted
* Put "Color Our World" in the title or description.
* The entry with the most votes will be declared the winner.
* To vote, click the "vote" button - you may vote for as many entries as you want.
* Voting will be open immediately.
* This challenge will be open from now until March 26, 2024 (around 8:00pm Tuesday night in the USA).
