Carla Reid Kindness is a selfless act. It is not given to us to make others miserable but instead to do whatever we can to help, however small the effort it can make a huge difference to someone else. Lending an ear, lending a hand, lending your wisdom, a coffee and chat, an umbrella when it rains, a sandwich when someone is hungry. Listen without judgement and offer help with no thought of reward.
