CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 1/25

CHANTAGO is chatting up Freya, the little red cheerling about the upcoming holiday plans when the auroa borealis splits wide open and aliens descended down from the sky!
And what is that light? OH NO! SANTA! CHANTAGO was relieved when the bright lights disappeared and Santa was not so subtly deposited into a nearby snow bank.

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 2/25

Slightly dizzy from the strange encounter, CHANTAGO goes off to find the snowbank where Santa landed and to tell someone about the strange event, and there's Fisher, grilling away, oblivious that Santa was almost just abducted!

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 3/25

CHANTAGO gathered up some of the locals, and decided that surrounding Santa might keep him safe from any more abductions. Skipping over to the edge of the ice, the friends say good-byes to the pod of orcas who have been spending time in the arctic region. CHANTAGO pushes a goodie box full of fish to the friends for their long journey.

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 4/25

And without warning, just as CHANTAGO was saying a last farewell, the alien ship stole up behind the friends, and beamed them up! Experiencing disassembled particles was a new experience, but suddenly reassembled, they found themselves unceremoniously dumped on a sandy island.

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 5/25

Stripping down quickly to his skivvys, Santa is just a little to comfortable sans clothing, Victoria (our Roo), Nestor (our donkey) and Freya are a little weary from the excitement and while taking the local tram, nap. Santa on the other hand, can't figure out how to get the conductor to bring him another mai-tai.

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 6/25

Victoria and Freya are less than enthused about this deluge of rain they have to endure while crossing the island channel, but Santa seems to be soaking (literally and figuratively) in the new island culture.

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 7/25

Setting up a shelter on the beach, the group is saddened to learn that even though the aliens abducted Frosty, and put him in an arctic dome, the intense tropic heat melted him to a soppy puddle. Santa tried with a half-hearted twitch of his nose to revive him, but honestly, he's a bit more enthused about the pineapple drinks being brought around on the cart.

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 8/25

Taking part in the island custom of the little Shortbread tribe, Nestor and Victoria are happily sacrificing one of their beloved Christmas stockings in a frisky tug of war! Freya watches from the sidelines and wonders if one of the little Breads will know why they have been abducted in the first place?

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 9/25

No matter how incognito Santa might seem, he is still recognized by his true heart fans, and finds a tiny mouse bounding to share his wish list while he's on the newest island adventure. Archie, the little island squeeker, assured that he's on the "nice" list, is happy!
Santa wonders if he really should be trying to find his way home to the Pole, and Mrs. Claus, but he's really relishing the warm and vaguely recalls that there's some sort of travel ban been mentioned on the news...

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 10/25

Santa has secretly been lamenting that the catchy shark tune doesn't include a single line about swimming in the water with him decides that a dip in the ocean to ask the local sharks why he's not included. Victoria and Nestor, rightly alarmed at this really bad idea, are trying to distract Santa, while Freya is dreaming of her snowy home. Oblivious of his near miss with death, Santa is distracted (again, imagine!) by some jellys floating past.

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 11/25

After gobbling up all the local cuisine, Santa finds himself in a dire situation. Not only is there a thunderstorm brewing on the horizon, but there's one in his shorts! Braving the local "thunderbox", Santa gags a bit at the smell, but the URGE in urgency has him plugging his nose. After the "storm" has passed, Santa is incredibly dismayed to find that the outhouse is out of T.P.! Nestor, trying to explain about the shortage of toilet paper, brings over a mouthful of leaves, hoping that Santa can put them to good use. Victoria again tells Santa about the quarantine, but Santa can't figure out what toilet paper has anything to do with it?

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 12/25

Someone secretly deployed the Wicked Witch of the South Seas to nab Santa and stop Christmas from coming, but Nestor and Victoria grabbed on quickly when they realized what was happening! Even Freya, who's usually sleeping through the adventure, grabs on! Who's behind this plot to stop the merriment? Stay tuned!

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 13/25

Tired from a long day in the hot sun, the friends snuggle up in the cool evening breeze and tell about their favorite Christmas memory, each slowly falling asleep. Santa is happy that the thunder coming up is on the horizon and not in his shorts.

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 14/25

"Where's Nestor" asked Santa, as he set up a temporary workshop here in the tropics, and employing Freya and the friends to help wrap gifts.
Looking outside, Victoria gives a little shiver and replied, "Oh no, that Nestor has a bright red nose! Did he catch the virus? Will we all get it now?"
Santa looks a little closer, and laughs a big "HO! Ho! HO!" and replied, "nope, just some, er, reindeer games and everyone wants to be the new Rudolph, by the looks of it! Including you, why you've got a red nose too!"
Freya, eyes open a bit wider, hopes that is all it is...

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 15/25

Taking an adventure cruise on the white water rapids was Freya's idea, but without reading the fine print on the 50% off coupon, the friends realize that it was a self-guided tour, so sinking in the river should have been expected with the penny pincher Freya in charge.

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 16/25

"What happened to our bright sunny tropical day," cried out Nestor! As the monsoons poured out of the sky, Victoria kept a close eye on Santa, as this would be a perfect opportunity to abduct the jolly fat guy. Freya, afraid that she is going to shrink in all this rain, wishes that Santa would put the top back on the convertible. But Santa, used to his sleigh, never gave it a thought that there might be a roof for the car.

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 17/25

"Well Santa, I hate to admit it, but this tropical paradise surely has done us all some good", said Freya, who was still sweating but getting used to it. Santa just swayed in his hammock, sipping his pina colada. Victoria, scouting around the island, realized that they were smack dab in the center of the rainbow after that last deluge! Why, look at those pots of gold! All the things they'll able to buy now! For every boy and girl, not just the good ones! Now, how to motivate Santa to find his way home? Nestor mentioned something about a very important mission he needs to go on as well, so perhaps it's time to think about going home?

Victoria and the group of friends are checking out the tiny airport on the island, trying to see what is the best way to get back to the North Pole. It's been weeks since the strange abductions stopped.
Freya picked up a cute new face mask, and in the spirit of trying to make the best of a new situation, starts meowing and pouncing on anything that flies past her paws!

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 20/25

Nestor, unable to get off the island, tells the friends that his important mission now will fall to his cousin Wilbur. For the live Nativity at the town square, he's always been the donkey Mary rode to Bethlehem, and he's always found it an honor to carry her. Freya had never realized that Nestor had a side gig, and asked him to tell her more about this. So, Nestor told the story of the birth of Jesus, and how he was born in a dirty stable, a humble beginning to the savior of the world. And how the angels of heaven, appeared to the shepherds in their fields, telling them of Jesus' birth, who quickly went to see the newborn king, and wise men from afar came after following the star to bring gifts to the Gift of the World.
The friends were even more curious about this, and talked about Jesus until the wee hours of the morning.

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 21/25

Going out for a deep sea dive, the crew is exploring a sunken outrigger when Santa spied a map, and figuring it might lead them to sunken treasure, grabbed it, only to find the other end of the map was attached to the Kraaken! Heartily tugging back and forth, Freya is desperately trying get Santa out of here before he becomes a member of Davy Jones' locker! Victoria on the other hand, along with Nestor are excited to find sushi grade seaweed and don't care that the fracas going on around them is stirring up trouble!

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 22/25

Santa, finally having let go of the map, and Nestor and Victoria having eaten their fill, are drying off in the late sun when CHANTAGO appears out of thin air! "Santa! I've finally found you! Why have you been gone all this time without a word sent back to the North Pole? We've been worried about you! Is your CB radio in the hat not working properly?" asked CHANTAGO excitedly?

"Why, I am sure it works fine, I could hear the incessant calls going out looking for me! Did it never occur to you that I didn't want to be found? That Santa really does need a holiday?" Harrumph! Santa looks at this tropical paradise and then confesses, "I staged the abductions, it was the only way to get away for a few weeks".

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 23/25

The locals, still excited to have Santa on their little slice of paradise, bequeath him with his very own island get away home, so whenever he wants to rest and warm up, he has a place to stay. Santa, ever the schemer, started listing it on P'Air B&B for the weeks he won't be staying! CHANTAGO is pretty impressed with the new hut, it has all the luxury of modern living but with the quaint trappings of island life. But it's time to head back to the pole!

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 24/25

Freya and the friends are so excited about the Christmas Spirit of giving that they learned about from the story of Jesus, explaining why Santa is always giving away gifts, make it rain big gifts to the islanders! Christmas is coming early for these good boys and girls! Victoria is renewed with energy, making sure no one goes without a special something to keep. Nestor, still slightly grumpy about not being the Nativity donkey, chats with new friends, and share their PetsNFriends names so they can keep in contact.

CHANTAGO is questing! Episode 25/25

CHANTAGO wanted to be sure to settle Santa's bill, and paid it up in full with 20 Golden Moles! Amazed with their gifts and jingling cash in their pockets, the islanders bid farewell to the gang, as they revved up the sleigh and headed home!
