Fox’Maid (Ariilina)

Once upon a time in a beautiful ocean kingdom, a princess was born. Her name was Ariilina, and she was the most precious of the King and Queen’s many beautiful and spirited kits. Destined to become the next Queen, the young vixen’s destiny lay far above the azure waters with the handsome fox, Auric. However, before Ariilina could stay with her true love, she was forced to return to the sea and fight the odious Uglita to save her family from Uglita’s spurned love revenge plot. For a time, all was well, Ariilina was able to begin her life with Auric after agreeing to return to the ocean kingdom once a year to visit with her family and loyal subjects. In her new life in PnF Land, Ariilina set quite the fashion trend with her violet hair and clothing. So many tried to imitate her style, but could never quite replicate her unique look. Then, one terrible October, during the Halloween celebrations, Ariilina was infected by toxic wastewater and fought a gruesome battle for her life. It was a long and tortured recovery, but Ariilina once more persevered and became a legendary figure both above and below the ocean waves. Today, Ariilina, a beloved mother and grandmother, leads her kind with a gentle hand and open heart, welcoming all who seek the same kind of freedom as she found both in her ocean kingdom and with her true love. The freedom to be who you were always meant to be.

Dolphins have always been very playful, proudly showing off their abilities to leap high into the air and pirouette their way into the depths, reminiscent of a chorus line in a famous ballet! But dolphins are also very social, and soon realised that their friends the manatees, sea turtles and fish did not share their grace or dexterity.

So the dolphins conceived of an activity that all of their friends could join in with them and enjoy. Distance swimming races…which the stodgy older turtles secretly refer to as “organised drowning”…
