What a transformation there is to even the most well known locations when lit up in neon lights after nightfall, whether it be a cathedral, hotel, monument or cityscape! Get those scarves and gloves on, though, and stick close to each other as you go from one stop to the next!

There are certain super touristy things to see, but pets seem to forget the artist quarter, where creativity shines, no matter what time of the day or night.

@ Big City Square
“I'm enjoying the tour very much but it's getting quite cold, isn't it, Hayleigh?” shivered Flitter.
“Here, wrap my scarf around yourself," replied Hayleigh. "And you can look forward to a lovely mug of hot chocolate when we get back to our accommodation!"

Hayleigh and Marmite agreed that the variety of environments on their expedition was the best ever! Hayleigh and Marmite exchanged opinions on which their favourite attraction had been so far!

“Well, that's an interesting hobby, yes," replied Hayleigh. "Look, is that the Bovinus constellation up there, Milica?"

"You know, the settings on your camera have to be different for a night scene," remarked Hayleigh.
"I suppose this tour is a good opportunity to learn all about that, Hayleigh!" said Tassie.

While Hayleigh paused to drink in the view, Listy started scrabbling in her rucksack for her portable, foldable camping chair. “What are you doing with that, Listy?” asked Hayleigh. “We’ll need to get going in a minute or we’ll be left behind!”

Hayleigh is enjoying Fantastic Buildings when b-rok comes along. "Look! A special prize!" says b-rok. Hayleigh looks down and sees something valuable. b-rok generously lets Hayleigh keep it!
Brick Road (distant)
Dark gray bricks make a durable road for light traffic (no motor vehicles allowed). If we allowed vehicles we'd have to charge a toll to earn revenue for maintenance.
The 1950s?
Wet wtih a fresh rain, the moonless and starless sky casts no ambient light upon the mainstreet, giving it an old fashioned feel of days gone by in black and white.

“Was that the call of a nightjar, Hayleigh?” whispered Dizzy. "We're not usually up when they're out and about!"

@ Promise Bridge
“Ooh, it's just starting to drizzle, Hayleigh!” said Heleena. “Can you hold my torch and map while I dig out my Pac-a-Mac?"
Hayleigh good-naturedly took charge of Heleena's possessions while she emptied her rucksack of a pack of sandwiches, a Thermos flask, a pair of galoshes, a bag of toffees, a paperback novel, a bottle of mineral water, an address book, some postage stamps, an assortment of different coloured biros, a bottle opener, a couple of old train tickets, a handful of golden and silver moles, a hotel key, some shopping receipts and a selection of rather battered sachets of salt, sugar and tomato ketchup before locating the Pac-a-Mac right at the bottom. This she donned and then Hayleigh helped her put everything back in her rucksack.

“I could stay here forever, Hayleigh,” said Vinnie. “This is an amazing place!” “Well, you never know what lies ahead, Vinnie. I wouldn't be surprised if the next stop is even better!” said Hayleigh.

“Don't worry, Bonny," said Hayleigh. "We're going to stick in this group as we go round so it's quite safe."

Bobbing on the open water, watching the city bloom to life as the sun sinks below the horizon is calming. Everypet wonders what the view would be from one of these skyscrapers?

jingle was distracted by the sounds of loud rustling as Hayleigh unfolded a very large tourist map, in the course of which she succeeded in knocking jingle’s hat off. “Put that away, do!” snapped jingle. “We’re about to pose beside this amazing scene—the picture will be of your map if you don’t fold it up pronto!”

Hayleigh opened her rucksack to change her hat. Kaleaha could see Hayleigh had a large, floppy sunhat, a balaclava, a rain hat, a woolly bobble hat, a beanie, a deerstalker hat and a swimming cap! “Did you bring a fez too?” Kaleaha asked Hayleigh.
