What a transformation there is to even the most well known locations when lit up in neon lights after nightfall, whether it be a cathedral, hotel, monument or cityscape! Get those scarves and gloves on, though, and stick close to each other as you go from one stop to the next!

There are certain super touristy things to see, but pets seem to forget the artist quarter, where creativity shines, no matter what time of the day or night.

@ Big City Square
Celerity and Fiddlesticks were entranced at reaching this stopping place and eagerly posed for a picture standing on either side of the new attraction they had just seen!

The hustle and bustle is famous around the world, everypet should make this a bucket list visit. The neon lights, and the shows on stage, and street performers make this a time you'll never forget.

Celerity gazed upwards. "I just saw some bats flying over there, Berry! It's not often you see those!"

"There's something magical about watching rivers at night-time, isn't there, Guaca?" said Celerity dreamily.
"I'm going to try and capture the look of the moonlight on the water," said Guaca.

While Celerity paused to drink in the view, Odyssey started scrabbling in his rucksack for his portable, foldable camping chair. “What are you doing with that, Odyssey?” asked Celerity. “We’ll need to get going in a minute or we’ll be left behind!”

"You know, the settings on your camera have to be different for a night scene," remarked Celerity.
"I suppose this tour is a good opportunity to learn all about that, Celerity!" said Toby.

While Celerity paused to drink in the view, Starlite started scrabbling in her rucksack for her portable, foldable camping chair. “What are you doing with that, Starlite?” asked Celerity. “We’ll need to get going in a minute or we’ll be left behind!”

@ The 1950s?
Celerity is enjoying Fantastic Buildings when Gulliver comes along. "Look! A special prize!" says Gulliver. Celerity looks down and sees something valuable. Gulliver generously lets Celerity keep it!

Dark gray bricks make a durable road for light traffic (no motor vehicles allowed). If we allowed vehicles we'd have to charge a toll to earn revenue for maintenance.
The 1950s?
Wet wtih a fresh rain, the moonless and starless sky casts no ambient light upon the mainstreet, giving it an old fashioned feel of days gone by in black and white.

@ Winter Carnival
Catalina was distracted by the sounds of loud rustling as Celerity unfolded a very large tourist map, in the course of which it succeeded in knocking Catalina’s hat off. “Put that away, do!” snapped Catalina. “We’re about to pose beside this amazing scene—the picture will be of your map if you don’t fold it up pronto!”

@ Promise Bridge
“Ooh, it's just starting to drizzle, Celerity!” said Flicka. “Can you hold my torch and map while I dig out my Pac-a-Mac?"
Celerity good-naturedly took charge of Flicka's possessions while she emptied her rucksack of a pack of sandwiches, a Thermos flask, a pair of galoshes, a bag of toffees, a paperback novel, a bottle of mineral water, an address book, some postage stamps, an assortment of different coloured biros, a bottle opener, a couple of old train tickets, a handful of golden and silver moles, a hotel key, some shopping receipts and a selection of rather battered sachets of salt, sugar and tomato ketchup before locating the Pac-a-Mac right at the bottom. This she donned and then Celerity helped her put everything back in her rucksack.

“I'm enjoying the tour very much but it's getting quite cold, isn't it, Celerity?” shivered Chelsey.
“Here, wrap my scarf around yourself," replied Celerity. "And you can look forward to a lovely mug of hot chocolate when we get back to our accommodation!"

“It's a lot darker than it was in the Labyrinth that time, isn't it, Celerity?” remarked Aylizia, a little nervously.
“At least we shouldn't encounter any scorpions!" replied Celerity.

Standing in the observation deck and viewing the city below, one can almost see the race track just beyond the fog. Racing at breakneck speed in a circle might not be your idea of fun but then again, it just might be!

Celerity opened its rucksack to change its hat. Suzie could see Celerity had a large, floppy sunhat, a balaclava, a rain hat, a woolly bobble hat, a beanie, a deerstalker hat and a swimming cap! “Did you bring a fez too?” Suzie asked Celerity.
