Rudy is questing! Episode 1/25

Keen to leave the planet to search for his family, Bolt is struggling to repair an old spaceship. He wonders what time it is. It's probably almost evening. There's no way he can fix the ship's robotic ignition system in darkness. How will he be able to look for his family when he can not even leave the planet?
"Eeeek! What is that? Who comes to this forgotten planet? Look at all the fire that craft is emitting! Whoaaa!!! Maybe they need help!?"

Rudy is questing! Episode 2/25

KaPow! In a hurry to warn Bolt, his partner in grime Brain, crashes in for a visit. "Bolt, I don't think that primitive old alien ship could have the tech you need to search the galaxy for your family! We have come all the way for - what? Hmmm? I don't even think that's really a space ship. It looks more like an escape pod to me. Will you give me a hand here? I am armless, you know!"

Once he is patched up, Brain recommences haranguing Bolt. "You are making a mistake, I'm telling you! Whoever brought down my escape pod might be here any minute..."
Exacerbated, Bolt exclaims, "Why can't you just shut the - hmmm, anyways - if you would just lend me a hand, we could leave here sooner."
"Very funny," groans Brain, rolling his remaining good eye... If he could actually loan anyone a hand, he'd probably use it to slap his own forehead in frustration first!

"Cmon, Bolt! We need to get this piece of junk airborne! Ceo Drake has been terrorising the whole Galaxy. Destroying planets. Listen to Brain. I'm here to help. Let me tell you how to fix your ship.
Then we need to find Captain Quark, to give the Galaxy a chance!"
"Captain Quark?" wonders Bolt, "I thought he was MIA after the disastrous war with Professor Nefterious. Hiding somewhere. He probably is the only one who can help us. Hmmm. Okay. Deal!"

Rudy is questing! Episode 5/25

Airborne at last, Brain and Bolt answer a distress call on planet Quint. But they are too late. Ceo Drake has already done all the damage he can. The planet core is in critical mass, due to the intergalactic weapons unleashed on Quint by Drake. "C'mon guys, be quick, you need to evacuate NOW! Even if Quark was here, there would be nothing he could do against all the firepower Drake has in his ship. What is that new tech device that shoots the planets' core Brain? And don't tell me 'Captain Quark would know'!

"Don't you see Brain, we are the aliens doing all the work around here. We don't need the Captain, and frankly I'm tired of hearing you go on about Quark, Quark, Quark!"

Rudy is questing! Episode 6/25

Racing to stay ahead of Quint's implosion, Bolt and Brain land on planet Blogg. Too late again, as Drake is just leaving Blogg's atmostphere. Bolt wonders if Brain will be able to follow the proton trail in Drake's warp signature. Obviously Captain Quark would know how to, but he isn't here, so it's left to Brain and Bolt to help the wounded Blogglings...

Rudy is questing! Episode 7/25

Brain and Bolt land on the relatively newly terraformed planet, Cyclode. They soon discover the Cylopes have made a deal with Drake and his protege Bart. They traded their lives for the rights to their rich trinium mines. Goodness knows what weapons Drake will manufacture with all the trinium oozing from the rocks.
Bolt ungraciously anticipates Brain expounding the entrepreneurship of Captain Quark, should he have had access to an unlimited supply of trinium, hmmpff!

Rudy is questing! Episode 8/25

Brain and Bolt land on Frayzar and ask the Frazzles if they've seen any sign of CEO Drake or Captain Quark. There is no sign of Quark, again! But Drake has been and gone, with the Frazzles food replicator, which could easily be converted to more nefarious uses! Brain figures that if Quark had been here, he obviously would have taken off in pursuit of Drake, so Bolt should not be so sceptical about the great one!

After gathering up refugees from a number of besieged and decimated planets, Brain and Bolt drop out of warp and activate their ship's cryosleep technology. They will all catch up on some much needed rest, while autopilot navigates a course to the PnF Quadrant, to drop off their refugee passengers, before resuming the searches for Quark and Drake...

Rudy is questing! Episode 10/25

Beaming down to planet Shroom, Bolt senses an alien presence (even more alien than himself, Brain or the Shroomites). "Psst," he whispers to Brain, "your 2 o'clock - don't look up! Let's pretend we haven't seen Drake and Bart, and feed them some false information."

"Yeah, that's exactly what Quark said we should do," gloated Brain, "and if we can sabotage their ship's navigation logs, maybe we can find Drake's planetary headquarters and see what new weapons he has!"

"Hey, that's more risky than just feeding them false information, and it was my idea, not Quark, Quark, Quark's!" Squawked Bolt.

Rudy is questing! Episode 11/25

Brain and Bolt activate their craft's cloaking technology and follow Drake into deep space. They pass by another planet, stripped of useful minerals and quite literally biting the dust. Scanning for life signs, Bolt hangs his head in remorse - obviously Brain had to find some other means of demonstrating respect, because if he hung his head, his whole self would topple over!!!

Forced to land on the Puffball Planetary Ring, by a geomagnetic storm in space, Brain and Bolt are greeted by the local inhabitants. Bolt doubts an umbrella would protect them, but there won't be one around, because, like Brain, the Puffballs would have great difficulty holding one!
Brain begins to inform Bolt, "Captain Quark once tested a gadget..."
Only to be rudely interrupted by Bolt muttering, "Blahh, blahh, blahh. Sure Quark invented and tested everything there is to invent, but where is Quark when we need him? Hmmm? Now can we please get the hell out of here?
"Sure, Quark taught me everything... Everything not to be! Not to become! He paid a lot of coins to buy me from those Orion traders, as I seem to be one of my kind in the universe, only to make me a mechanic in his shop. With no sign of my people anywhere. No sign of Quark either now. He's a joke of a hero. Probably hunkered down in his hideout, learning the script for his next movie or stage show..."

Rudy is questing! Episode 13/25

CEO Drake and Bart chuckle to themselves as Brain and Bolt are sucked into the Purple Nebular to crash land on a gas giant in a shower of acid rain, with Bolt fruitlessly searching for a mask.
"I bet Drake is responsible for this acid rain! I'm sure Quark must have tested some kind of mask or other," says Brain airily, "but you are too jealous to admit it, Bolt! Maybe the alien slugs can loan us some spare ones."

Brain and Bolt arrive on Planet Tentacular, only to discover Drake has already been there. And he's filled the ocean with bubble bombs. Remembering their surf lifesaving days, Brain asks Bolt to ring the shark siren, to get all of the alien Octopi out of the water before one pops.
"C'mon, let's help them to a secure place. I think we can use Quark's Lakemaker. Lakemaker has a nice ring to it. Tell me the truth, Brain, is Lakemaker really Quark's invention? Hmmm?"

Rudy is questing! Episode 15/25

Teleporting to a sister planet, Bolt wonders if they need to use the Lakemaker again? He's feeling so jealous! Working all day every day in Quark's mechanic shop, Bolt hasn't been credited with creating any one of the inventions he designed himself and worked on. It's just so unfair!
"Do you see what I see, Brain? Is that the new weapon? The Planet Obliterator? Well at least I'm sure Quark didn't name this one. Let's help these Horny Toads out before it's too late!"

Brain and Bolt literally bolt for the next planet in the group, afraid they will be too late... "Run, run, run, little Crocusites! There's a cave up ahead. Go with them Brain, while l go get the ship. I'll meet you at the cave."

Rudy is questing! Episode 17/25

But there was no cave in sight at the next planet! 'Armless and legless, the Movember aliens had no way to run and nowhere to hide! Knowing Captain Quark wouldn't abandon Movember aliens in need, Brain shakes his head unable to come up with a cunning plan.
"Wait," says Bolt, "surely Quark would never leave a stone unturned." But there are no stones here to turn, so Bolt bolts to their spaceship, shouting, "Every alien for themself!"

"I told you! See the badge? The Captain was here!"
The Boggle-Eyed-Heads all nodded together in unison, "Yes he was! You missed him by only a few seconds. We couldn't understand why he left the meditation class in such haste. He was so eager to overcome his fame trauma, until we saw this thing in the sky - what is that? We feel like our eyes are going to pop out of our heads..."

"The Planet Obliterator" Squawked Brain, "Quick, we have to get to the ship before the Obliterator gets any closer! It will cut the planet in half!!!"

Rudy is questing! Episode 19/25

A dismal sight greeted Brain and Bolt on Slugterra. They barely heard a hoarse plea for help, "Everything dried out in an instance. We can't breathe. Helppp! Are you able to deactivate the Obliterator, please Brain?"

"No, I can't...crack his code...there's barely enough oxygen reaching my brain to think. Drake... hmmn... what could be his password? Where is Quark's crypto decoder? What was the name? Wait, just give me your PDA. Maybe I can come up with something. I'll just start keying things in... The Hypnomatic? The Map-o-Matic? The Hologuise? Ooh, here it is! The Trespasser!
"Shall I buy them all? Yes, very handy. Hypnotise Drake when found. Map-o-Matic to find his whereabouts. Hologuise for some decoy Bolt and Brain for Drake. And The Trespasser to crack any code we want... Buying! Yes, we should have done this much earlier!"

Rudy is questing! Episode 20/25

Thanks to The Map-o-matic, Brain and Bolt finally locate Quark on Moching. "Quark, where is Drake? Where is his headquarters?" asks Brain.
Quark points upwards. "C'mon Brain, we are almost there. We can stop the weapon here. Use Trespasser to deactivate the Obliterator. But we've missed Drake, again! The galaxy is safe now, and we can track Drake. If he tries to use the weapon again, we can deactivate it," plans Bolt.

"No, we can't let him get away! We'll send the obliterator after him, to give him a taste of his own medicine!" decides Brain.

"Are you sure?" asks Bolt. "You know, Quark can arrest him."

"Maybe you were right all along Bolt. Quark doesn't seem to be himself anymore. Let's go get Drake ourselves!"

Rudy is questing! Episode 21/25

"Do you think Quark will be okay Bolt? After all the brainwashing and torture?"

"No worries, Brain! He'll get in shape in no time and steal our show from us!"

"Bolt, are you still jealous?" asks Brain. "Haven't you seen all the messages? Everybody wants a piece of you, for a movie, for an ad, for the new academy as a trainer."

"Yeah, I saw those. Yet no messages from my own people or my family, or anything about them."

"Oh Bolt, you still haven't worked it out, have you?", groaned Brain, with a twinkle in his eye. "We are all your family and your people in PnF, so you'll never need to feel alone again!!!"

Rudy is questing! Episode 22/25

"Hey, I'm up here," protested Quark, always wanting centre stage! "Will I ever be included in this story? All my pain and torture! All the suffering I endured for this galaxy and its people!"

"Shut up Quark!" barked Brain.

"Brain, that's not like you. We are on camera. Please behave. Here, hold these bouquets and read your lines from the script - and - ACTION!..."

Rudy is questing! Episode 23/25

News of Brain and Bolt's successful completion of their mission spread quickly throughout the Galaxy. They were visited by the Galactic Chairperson. That was unexpected!
Clearing her throat, the Chairperson announced "Ahem. Here is the newest Crystal we have boldly tempered. I present it to you both, with honour and with pride. Each planet recovering from Drake's foul deeds will be given one, to provide a free energy source while they cleanse and re-terraform their planets!"

"Let's activate the crystal and see what it can do, Bolt. Perhaps we can modernise our trusty old ship and new house, to bring them into the new millennium."

"What I'd really like is an energy boost from a good feed, Brain! Do you think it is safe to store all of our stuff in the garden?"

"Absolutely, Bolt! Every alien has them, and won't covet our possessions. Our world is blessed to have this infinite source of food and energy. I wish mum could have seen these days. We must remain forever grateful, and never come to take these things for granted!
