Stryper! Look! Look what I found at the church rummage sale! It's a vintage 1976 Randy Reindeer! I picked it up for only $5! I saw it on PetBay for over $200! It's just like the one we had when we were kids! Remember it?

Lunaray "Erm, sorta? I'm happy you got a good deal! What are you going to do with it?" asked. Kate was excited to tell Lunaray all about the grand plan to re-create Christmas 1976 with all the decorations she collected. Nostalgia was in, don't you know?

Well Kate, that sounds like a lot of fun, maybe? Besides Randy what else do you need to find? asked Wrex. Kate then waxed on about her grandmother's white Christmas tree with a color wheel... Where to find that?

Hey, I found one of those trees in Mrs. Weston's garage, let's see if she's still got it! suggested Finicky Frank. Mrs. Weston was only too excited to get one more 'treasure' out of her garage! It was a steal for one dollar!

Do you remember what the "hot toy" was back in 1976, Hera? it was the Crissy Doll for me! She had beautiful long red hair, and you got to style it and her pony tail actually got longer and shorter!

Kate! My Katie girl! How are you? What brings you here? asked Grammy Jackie, giving Kate a special Hedgehog hug. "I brought my friend Marshmallow to grab my old Crissy doll, do you still have it for me?" Well, now Kate, I do, I absolutely do. But you're baby cousin Honey played with her and I am afraid she doesn't quite look the same, I'm sorry.

"OH MY!" said Kate, having a small shock when she saw Crissy. " All the long beautiful hair is all cut short. Well, it's just a toy, and it adds some character!"

Perth asked Kate if there were any other toys she wanted to collect before assembling the new 1976 Christmas display, and Grammy Jackie piped up that she still had Kate's old Fonzie doll from that favorite show of hers, Happy Ways!

Tildy and Kate got back together at Tildy's house and admired their 1976 Collection! Now, to assemble them together and see how they fit with the other Christmas decorations!

Look at these old vintage Christmas ornaments I've collected for years! And you know since we're celebrating 1976, I guess I should have some hot Wheels.

Are you going to leave Randy in the box? asked Calliope. No, I think that he needs to be set free! replied Kate.
Those are amazing gold reindeer and sleigh decorations! Calliope exclaimed. I got those from my Gramma Ball's house, she hung those things from the ceiling every year.

While Kate and Beakee went off to the kitchen for some hot cocoa and cookies, Randy and the new group of toys took some time to get acquainted with each other. "The tree looks just like the trees I remember before going to Grammy Jackie's! exclaimed Crissy. The Fonz just pipped up AYE!. Randy, having never been out of his box, was more interested in just running and finding out what Reindeer games he could play.

Now remember, Randy, we can't ever be seen being our 'real' selves around anyone other than other toys. So, go enjoy some games and we'll just keep admiring the tree, said Crissy.

Randy, curious about the great big world, asked Fonz to come along and keep him company and was met with another AYYYEEE, which Randy took as an ok. The first place they came to was a snow filled park, and Randy was elated to see another reindeer there!

Randy called out the reindeer who was skating on the pond, and asked if this was a official Santa Reindeer game, but Daisy just shook her head no, and said that the official ones were played up in the North Pole. Randy and the Fonz asked for directions, and headed North!

Randy and the Fonz got slightly lost on the way to the North Pole, but managed to get there after. Randy was amazed at the sight of the castle Santa lived in! Randy wanted to get to the official Reindeer games quickly so he grabbed the elf who looked like she might be in charge!

Jack, no relation to Frost, was happy to point the duo to the mountains, where Coach Donner was holding the pre-Christmas training games, most assuredly, the official Reindeer games! Randy took a moment to gaze in wonder at the pearly white reindeer at Santa's castle! He'd never gazed at something so beautiful before!

Trudging up the mountain, Randy and the Fonz are excited to watch the games! Randy was surprised they were doing cross-fit exercises, not just pulling and flying! He interrupted Coach Donner, (who looked an awful lot like a famous reindeer of song), who let Randy participate with the other reindeer! Randy was excited, but the Fonz just watched from the sidelines, combing his hair and looking cool.

After working up a great sweat, Randy explained it was time for him to make his way back to Kate's, and tell his other new friends all about his exciting adventure! The Fonz looked pretty undignified on Randy's back, but time was of the essence!

Gliding in on silent hooves, just as Coach Donner trained him, Randy and the Fonz got there in time for Kate and Onyxia as they came back in the room! Kate took a good long look around, thinking that she was sure she left the toys on the couch, but shook it off. She needed to find the last of her decorations to put out.

In the attic, Kate found her last box of decorations, she couldn't have a tree up without her Great Grandmother Mary's Nativity under the tree. Bart happily carried it down the stairs.

A little dusty from the attic, but with the last of the decorations, Kate and Gilbert finished up. Kate grabbed up her Crissy and Fonz, pretending to have them date. Gilbert laughed, remembering all the episodes of Happy Ways and the dates Fonz went on. "You know what else they need, Gilbert? They need a new house! I think I have the perfect one for them!"

Kate went out to the Kitchen, sure that was the last place she saw that house, and Randy was enthralled by the Nativity. Crissy told him the story of the Birth of Jesus, from the visit to Mary from the Angel, to the long journey, the birth of a King in a stable, and how the first visitors were the shepherds!

Kate returned with Snowie from the kitchen, new house in hand, and Randy (although unable to move, was jumping to for joy!) was so excited to be out of his box and discovering all the new things in his life!
