The waiter placed milky-looking drinks in tumblers before Sapphire Rose and Tootsie. "It smells, good, Tootsie, what is it?" queried Sapphire Rose.
"It's Boza, an ancient fermented drink usually made from wheat, millet, barley, oats or bulgur. It's believed to have originated in Turkey more than 8000 years ago!"
"Are they hazelnuts on top?" asked Sapphire Rose.
"No, they're actually crunchy roasted chickpeas, and a dusting of cinnamon!"
