The waiter placed milky-looking drinks in tumblers before Slushie and Mikkeline. "It smells, good, Mikkeline, what is it?" queried Slushie.
"It's Boza, an ancient fermented drink usually made from wheat, millet, barley, oats or bulgur. It's believed to have originated in Turkey more than 8000 years ago!"
"Are they hazelnuts on top?" asked Slushie.
"No, they're actually crunchy roasted chickpeas, and a dusting of cinnamon!"

"Did you know Turkey is also a great winter skiing destination, Breezey ❤️?" queried Mikkeline. "There are around a dozen ski resorts in Turkey boasting stunning snow-covered mountain ranges during the winter months. The highest peak in Turkey is Palandoken in the eastern region of Erzurum. It has the longest and steepest runs in the country."

Sunset on the water is always a beautiful spectacle to behold, and the ferry trip is a perfect way to watch. Ferrying cars and people, the quick 10 minute ride will get you over the water to explore new places.
