My maternal grandmother loved white flowers and turquoise everything else. (My dear grandfather painted everything outside turquoise for her — the ladder, the patio furniture, the wheelbarrow; even the garage door!) So guess who loves white flowers and everything turquoise in her senior years? I especially love planting white flowers all over the balcony next to my bed. They look ethereal in the moonlight. And all the linens in my bedroom are turquoise/teal. I feel so contented there.
